Yes, those who have done B.Ed are eligible for teaching class 5th. You have to appear for CTET whose application procedure has already started. There are two papers:
1) For class 1 to 5 teaching.2) Class 5 to 8.
You can apply for both.

CTET 2018 is conducted at two levels, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Candidates who wish to teach classes 1 to class 5 will appear for Paper 1 while for class 6 to class 8 they must appear for Paper 2. To know the eligibility, please visit:

Once you pass the CTET exam, you are eligible to apply for primary teachers and TGT posts in Central Government Schools such as Army Schools, Central CBSE Schools/KVS, and Navodaya Samithi Schools.
For Navodaya Schools, there are not more than 6000 jobs in 1300 Central schools and 961 Navodaya Schools per year. Every year approximately 100000 aspirants qualify for CTET.
