No,
CTET is Central Teacher Eligibility Test i.e. valid in all States. And I think TET means, you are talking about state TET which is valid in particular state.

Hi,
There was exam of CTET paper 2 in 7 July for those who have given CTET exam in December 2018. And, cleared paper 1, some who have applied by then could also appear. This year CTET 2019 notification will be out by August or September. Most probably. Regards.
