Nowadays, CTET is considered mandatory in aided and private schools for the recruitment of PRT & TRT Teachers. No, it is not mandatory to do B.Ed if u have done MCA. PGT Is Post Graduate Teacher designation and requires a Post Graduation plus Eligibility Test Qualified. CTET shall be needed to be a PGT and B.Ed shall also be a need.
