You can apply, but this will not be valid. CTET should be valid after completing your B.Ed first year. Thank you.

No, you are not eligible for both papers, if you have done only B.Ed. After B.Ed, you are only eligible for paper -2. If you have the BTC or D. El. Ed, you are eligible for both the papers.
