Hi,
Since you have not taken your IELTS test, first get it cleared with good band score which will take around 2 months including preparation of the exam and 13 days for result declaration. If you can manage try to gather pre-requisite documents in the 2 months tenure. The deadlines for September 2019 are between 15 Jan-2019 to 15 March 2019. Good luck.

In continuation to your other query, I first want to ask you whether you really are inclined towards Cyber security or it is because of lack of job opportunity that you want to pursue the course? If the latter is the answer, then I must tell you that there are n number of companies that have a strong IP team, For eg: Mastercard in Pune has a strong IP Legal team and it is looking for leads as well. Also, Law firms need associates from time to time in their IP team. You can personally visit the lawfirms or apply through LinkedIn.
