No, you can pursue either B.Sc or B.Ed at same time, you cannot do simultaneously.

Hi,
The age limit to apply for D.Ed primary school teacher, varies one state to another state. But I can tell you that, as per D.Ed eligibility criteria, which was specified in most of the states, candidates who have completed 21 years of age can apply for D.Ed primary school teacher examination and the maximum age limit is 40 years, whereas candidates belonging to reserved categories like SC/ST are eligible for age relaxation of 5 years.

With D.Ed, you can apply for elementary education government schools. Majority of private sector schools prefer graduates with B.Ed.

D.Ed is 1-year duration course in the field of elementary education. Students with 10+2 (any stream) from a recognised board are eligible for D.Ed. You are well and over qualified for D.Ed. It is recommended that you do B.Ed to become a TGT or PGT teacher based on your current educational qualifications.
