Diploma in Education is a one or two year degree course for students after class 12th. Students from D.Ed are eligible for job in elementary school, nurseries and education institution having elementary school. After doing this one can fill the form of TET and become a teacher or primary school up to Class 5th. Or one can apply for jobs in private schools or can also start their own tuition classes. Every state or central government organizes TET exam for students who have completed this course and after clearing this exam with good marks and rank one can get job according to them.

D.Ed and D.El.Ed, both are Diploma in Education. But, B.Ed is a Bachelor degree. With B.Ed, you can be a teacher up to higher secondary level, but with D.El.Ed or D.Ed, you can be a teacher up to class 8th. So, you are advised to do B.Ed after D.El.Ed.
