The Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy was established by the Pravara Rural Education Society in the year 1981. The college introduced the B.Pharm course in the year 1987, and M.Pharm was introduced in the year 2004. The Institute is affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University. The applicant should have passed the H.S.C or 10+2 examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics as subjects. Also, the candidate must have English as one of the subjects at the 10+2 level. The candidate must have a minimum grade point average of 50%.
