Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates seeking admission to Diploma in Pharmacy must have passed any of the following examinations.
1.Senior School Certificate Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi (12 years course)/ Indian School Examination With 60% and above marks in aggregate in the three science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Maths ) from recognized schools in the Union Territory of Delhi.
2.Any other examination (12 year course ) recognized by Indian University or Board with minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of the compulsory subjects namely, Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics.
3.Intermediate examination in science from Indian Universities or with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (P.C.M.) and/or Biology (P.C.B. / P.C.M.B.) as optional subjects with 55 % or above marks* in aggregate (theory and practical) and individually in three science subjects(Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics).

The merit list of candidates seeking admission to D.Pharm. will be prepared on the basis of aggregate of the three subjects (theory and practical taken together) Physics, Chemistry&Biology /Mathematics. If candidate has taken both mathematics and biology, the best of two will be considered for third subject after Physics and Chemistry.

Both D.Pharma and B.Pharma graduates have similar career prospects. Nevertheless, because pharmacy is a degree programme, B.Pharma graduates frequently receive preference over D.Pharma students.
