BBAU Amethi has a total seat intake of 60 for the Diploma in Pharmacy course. Candidates are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake and merit in the CUET exam. The BBAU Amethi DPharm cutoff list is prepared based on the applicants CUET scores. In 2023, the last round score was 71.34 for the general all-India category. Candidates with score equal to or better than the cutoff can take admission. The cutoff further varies every year depending on number of applicants, students exam score, and seat availability.

Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University Amethi offers admission to its UG programmes based on score secured in Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Apart from this, aspirants must meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. The aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PwD) from a recognised board can apply.

BBAU Amethi fee structure comprises of various components, such as hostel fee, tuition fee, security deposit, etc. A few of these are one-time chargeable, while some have to be paid annually/semesterly.
