As far as I know there is no management quota in Dayananda. You have to go through the exam only for the admission.

Hello Anushree,
The fees charged by the colleges for admission against management quota is closely guarded secret. No institution publishes it. In fact rule of thumb is, more applicants then more fees and vice versa! If you have good bargaining skills you may end up paying quite less.

Yes, you can change the college. But you need to pay remaining years college fee to the current college to get the relieving letter. Also, you have to pay college donation fees+ college fees to another college (new college). It's better to continue with the same college unless you manage financial things.
Along with that, you have to take the permission from the university & college both.
You will have to talk in your college office.

Yes, NATA is mandatory for getting into an architecture school. You have to have minimum 40% marks in NATA. Check the link below:

A Diploma student from mechanical may pursue aeronautical engineering. Provided you have to clear CET with good score. You will get admission in second year after you are admitted through CET.
