Total Fees: INR 1.11 Lakh
(Fees Components : Tuition, Admission, Library, Alumni Fund, Training and Placement Fee, Exam Fee, Internet Facility Fee, Lab Equipment, Renovation Fund, Library Fee, Accreditation Fee, Continuation Fee, Development Fund, Red Cross Fee, Medical Fee, Magazine /Newsletter Fee, Benevolent Fund Scheme, Sports Fund, Youth Welfare Fund, Identity Library Smart Card, N.S.S. Fee, Student Amalgamated Fund)
There will be an additional fee for caution money of Rs. 3000 which is refundable thus the total fee will be Rs.114100.
Hostel fee for single is Rs 6000 and for sharing it is Rs.4000.

Please refer to the link provided below for details regarding admissions in Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology. More than a vacant seat, you should be worried about last application dates. Admissions for this academic year is most probably closed, but you can check for yourself at the link mentioned below:

You haven't clarified what course you're looking for, but still if you want a comparison between DCRUST & UPES, then I would say that UPES is a far better university for engineering.
Be it B. Tech, M.Tech, MSc, BSc they have great faculty and provide amazing industry placement to the students.
So if you're looking forward on choosing any one of them, you should choose UPES as your first choice.
