If we compare the fees between Sarder Patel University and Dharmsinh Desai University the fees of the latter one is higher. Total fees of DDU - Dharmsinh Desai University is 3.19 lakh fo 2 years whereas in Sardar Patel University - SPU fees is 1.74 lakh for 2 years. So, it is clear from the factual data that DDU - Dharmsinh Desai University is quite expensive than Sarder Patel University. It also accepts CMAT exam whereas DDU accepts various exams like CMAT, CAT and accepts ACPC Admissions.

For MBA, according to me Sardar Patel university (SPU) is way much better than Dharmsinh Desai university (DDU) because
- Placement opportunity are much good in SPU as compared to DDU
- SPU offeres specialisation in 6 branch where DDU offeres just in one
- Total course fees in SPU is INR 1.74 Lacs where as in DDU is INR 3.19 Lacs for 2 years
- Faculty and crowd is better in SPU
- SPU is rated A where DDU is rated B+ by NAAC

Both universities are good. Both provide good placement opportunities. But Sarder Patel University provides better placements than Dharmsinh Desai University because the rate of percentage in Sarder Patel University is 85% and Dharmsinh Desai University is 70%. The Sarder Patel University provide placements by top companies such as amazon and TCS and many more organisations. The Median Salary package of Sarder Patel University is 2.5 lakh and Median Salary is 3.5 lakh in DDU - Dharmsinh Desai University.

According to me Sardar Patel University (SPU) is better than Dharmsinh Desai University (DDU)
- SPU has better placement opportunities as compared to DDU
- Course fees in SPU is 1.74 Lacs which is almost half of DDU course fees - 3.19 lakh
- SPU offers total 75 seats where DDU offers 60 seats
- NAAC rating of SPU is 'A' and DDU is 'B+'
- SPU offers total 426 courses and DDU offers 35 courses
