Yes, you will be eligible to avail admission to BA B.Ed if you have completed your 10th from the UP board and 12th from the Ajmer board. Usually, the eligibility criteria involves a minimum aggregade from recognised board. Thus, a change in your board won't pose a threat to your admission. 

Dharmsinh Desai University BTech admission is based on the GUJCET Oe JEE exam. The GUJCET registration is currently ongoing. Interested candidates can apply for the same on the official website of the university.
