Hi. The fee of the college at that time was Rs 50-55 thousand per year and the education is best here and the college is under Dr. BR Ambedkar University and it is the best college in the Mathura city.

Yes, it is possible in most of colleges. Generally, the allocation of seats to change to any particular branch is done on basis of a merit list on the score of your first-year performance. You can ask to the college directly. They will tell you more clearly.
