Yes, B.Voc is recognised as a full fledged undergraduate degree by the University Grants Commission which is also known as UGC and is equivalent to BA, B.Sc, or B.Com
The B Voc Course Graduates can:

  • Apply for government jobs that require a bachelor's degree.
  • Pursue higher education (M.Voc, MBA, or PG Diploma).
  • Appear for competitive exams like UPSC, SSC, and banking exams.

However, students should choose specialised career paths rather than relying on traditional job markets.

No, with a graduation degree and a BSTC diploma, you cannot apply for level 2 in REET. To apply for level 2, you need to have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks, along with a B.Ed or its equivalent, or a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). So as per your qualifications, you can apply for only level 1. The REET Level 1 exam is conducted for primary-level teachers who want to teach Classes I to V, and a BSTC Diploma holder is qualified to teach at this level only.

Jain University's degree validity for Kerala PSC (Kerala Public Service Commission) depends on whether the university is recognised by the Kerala PSC.

According to the Kerala PSC's official list, there are over 200 approved universities across India. However, Jain University is not explicitly mentioned in the list provided.

To confirm whether Jain University's degree is valid for Kerala PSC, I recommend checking the Kerala PSC's official website or contacting them directly for the most up-to-date information. They can provide you with a comprehensive list of approved universities and courses.

Candidates are required to fulfill criteria for a bachelor's degree at Arunachal University of Studies. Students must have completed the actual curriculum of 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board and gained a minimum score between 45-50% depending upon the course, as in the case of BA, B.Sc., and B.Com.

A candidate belonging to a reserved category has a 5% concession. Some courses such as B.Tech or B.Ed might demand subjects pertaining to the field, like PCM for B.Tech, or might require an entrance test.
