No DMLT course is not same like a degree.

DMLT is diploma level course, usually after Class 12, but degree is higher study that you get after finishing bachelor program.

Both DMLT and degree in lab tech prepare you for lab jobs but degree give more deep study, theory, research and also more career chance than diploma.

Yes, BEd distance education is valid when done from a recognised university such as IGNOU. A BEd.  degree from IGNOU is valid. BEd programs are one of the many degree options offered by the National Open University IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University). The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), a statutory authority that oversees teacher education in India, has approved the BEd programme offered by IGNOU.

Candidates completing their Distance LLB degree cannot enter a legal profession, as the distance course is not recognised by BCI. No, the CLAT is conducted only for admissions to regular five-year LLB courses and LLM courses. CLAT entrance examinations are conducted for full-time recognised five-year LLB programmes. For admission to a Distance LLB degree, candidates have to check the admission process of the university/law colleges. Hence, candidates need not appear CLAT entrance examination for Distance LLB courses and can directly secure admission in colleges.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) doesn't recognize Distance LLB degrees because they lack the necessary focus on practical skills development crucial for lawyers. These skills, like courtroom advocacy and legal document drafting, are best learned through in-person interaction and participation in simulations, which distance learning struggles to replicate.

The BA LLB can be pursued right after Class 12th, however, for admission to an LLB degree, candidates should hold a bachelor's degree. Both degrees are valued for their own curriculum. An LLB degree has all the law subjects, whereas, a BA LLB degree, as the name suggests, includes Arts subjects along with law subjects. Therefore, since BA LLB degree is offered in full-time mode by top colleges, candidates can also secure great placement opportunities as well.
