Employers do value nursing degrees from accredited institutions. The Indian Nursing Council (INC) ensures that nursing programs meet rigorous academic and practical standards. When considering an online nursing degree, it is essential to note that INC or equivalent accrediting bodies must recognize such a programme since this will be necessary for licensure and employment in India. Indian employers increasingly believe that online education requires both flexibility and self-discipline if the programme is designed to include proper clinical training.

The Institute is certified by UGC and degrees of those Institutes who are certified by UGC ( University grant commission) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) are recognised worldwide. Although, all the different countries have different policies, and you need to be aware of them also. But on an overall basis, the degrees are acceptable.
