A sound mixer is RJ or DJ, they just mixes two or more sounds and fuses them seamlessly and suitable for presentation. A sound engineer can record, manipulate entirely and even create new sounds of needed. Sound Engineering courses are available in manydifferent levels, hence, the documentation may also differ depending on the specific program's admission process. List of some important documents you should carry during the admission process are mentioned below -

• Class 10 and 12 marksheets.
• A bachelor's degree.
• A valid ID proof like Adhaar, PAN Card, Passport, etc.
• Passport size photographs.

For a bachelor's Degree,  candidates must have Physics as a mandatory subject in their 10+2. For a Master, a bachelor's in Sound Engineering or a related degree is required. But, in a lot of colleges in India, the criteria for admissions is different.

NTA will commence CUET registrations 2026 at cuet.nta.nic.in tentatively in first week of March. Candidates can fill online CUET application form online on official website when released. Candidates will be able to enter personal, educational and CUET subject details to appear for exam. Candidates must pay CUET application fee to complete registration process.
