Hi there, That is not possible at any institute. You can't switch a 5 year degree to a 3 year degree. And also, when you are in your final year it would not be reasonable even if there was an option to do the same.

Candidates for admission to the three year degree programs must have passed (10+2) or completed a 3 year diploma program after class X.

Candidates wishing to apply for the course need to have passed their Higher Secondary Certificate in Arts, preferably with fashion design as one of their subjects.
After application, some colleges/institutes may hold an entrance test followed by an interview to judge the eligibility of the candidate for the course.

As far as validity is concerned, if your degree is from UGC Approved university and the courses are AICTE approved. You are eligible to go for abroad. Hope this helps.

If we talk about the career now a days, Government sectors may not be able to fetch a career in computers so easily and effectively. But, when we talk about the private sector, if you have done MCA from the good universities, you can kick-start your career very well and with the time you will be able to set yourself abroad for international projects.
