Yes, the degrees offered by Directorate of Distance Education DDE are valid for government jobs because all the DDE's programs are approved by the AICTE,New Delhi and the Distance Education Bureau (DEB) UGC, New Delhi. Here's some information about the cutoff for Bachelor of Arts (BA) at St. Xavier's College in Mumbai: 

The cutoff for the first merit list for traditional BA courses in 2023 was 92.17%. 

The cutoff for the second merit list in 2023 for BA (Economics, Political Science, Statistics) was 91.83%. 

The cutoff for various undergraduate programs in 2023 ranged from 50.33% to 91.83%. 

To be eligible for admission, students need a minimum of 45% in H.S.C. from the Maharashtra Board or any other recognized board.

Yes, you can fill out the TSEdCET application form if you are in the final year of your Bachelor's degree. However, you will have to provide the qualification proof of the degree during the document verification process. If you fail to do so, you will not be permitted to apply for the exam.
