Once you have completed your Diploma it ranks 'pari-pass' with other Diplomas. Hence if you are meeting all other criteria of DU then definitely seek admission in it following due procedure. You will get all the required information on the website of DU.

It's difficult to choose among them they both are top institutes for designing. There is no doubt, NIFT is the best for fashion designing in India. You can't compare it with any other college. NIFT is one of the two colleges (another one is NID) of India, which offers Bachelors degree and they are government institutes. Moreover, NIFT follows FIT New York curriculum and they also offer a 6-month integrated programme with FIT New York.
Every year NIFT conducts central placements where many Indian designers, MNC, buying houses, retail brands, export houses, e -commerce companies comes and they offers atleast a starting package of 3 lacks

Keeping yourself up to date with current affairs is a must. Also, a flare of writing should be there. IIMC entrance test is more like application based means whatever you have read or learnt how you apply it in media culture. So, apart from having the sound knowledge of subjects, you need to have a flare of writing.

You can apply with Frankfinn Institute, Delhi. There is no other college that can offer you the right opportunity in the aviation field. I am not aware of the fee structure.

Due to your very low marks getting admission in LLB in a good college would be a bit difficult for you. I would advise you to work very hard and sit for the admission test. If you get good marks in the pretest then the college authorities may ignore your sub-standard marks.
