Gujarat University admission is merit-based for most of the courses. However, for some PG and PhD level programmes, aspirants need to qualify for the national or university-level entrance exam. Candidates need to complete a minimum of Class 12 to apply for UG courses whereas graduation is required to apply for PG programmes. The university offers admission to most of the courses based on the merit of the aspirants in the last qualifying exam. 

NTA had started the CUET PG 2026 application process on December 14, 2025, at the official website for admissions to the master's degree programmes offered at various participating institutes.

CUET PG registration process 2026 was completely online, and candidates could fill out the application form by creating a registered account at the official website. The last date for filling out the CUET PG application form 2026 was January 23, 2026. Originally, the last date of application was January 14, 2026, which was extended till January 20 and January 23. The application fee had to be paid by January 25, 11.50 PM.

Swami Vivekanand University or SVN University offers MBA in various specialisations. The eligibility criteria for admission to these specialisations slightly vary from one another. For admission to the SVN University's MBA in Agri-Business Management, candidates are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/ Agricultural Engineering/ Biotechnology/ Life Science or any other relevant stream.

For all other specialisations, the SVN University Sagar MBA eligibility criteria is a recognised Bachelor's degree of at least three years' duration with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% in case of reserved category candidates).

Mewar University offers financial assistance to students in the form of in-house, national, and, state-level scholarships. The admission process is entrance-based for course admission at Noorul Islam Centre for Higher Education. Aspirants should pass Class 12 with a 45%-50% aggregate for all courses. The admission criteria for the course is the entrance exam. Candidate must have a valid in house entrance exam scores, i.e., NICHE Entrance Exam followed by PI.
