There is no Engineering via Distance anywhere in India. Atmost, you can do part time engineering but even that has some criteria.

In my opinion, IIT Patna is better than GGSIPU because IIT Patna provides good infrastructure, good course curriculum, good quality of faculty members and good computer labs also.

Apeejay Institute of Design offers part-time course in interior design which has classes only for 3 hours a day.
