There are many online courses from edX as well as you can do SCM courses which includes CRM as one of important module. I personally have done SCM-EXE and then SCM - Pro which had one complete in detail CRM module with complete industrial applications and case studies.

Hi Bharti!
There is no entrance exam for this course. You can apply online for BA in Journalism course by visiting the official website of the Delhi College of Arts & Commerce (DCAC). Final selection is done on the basis of first & second cut-off list declared by DCAC.
