Among tier 3 B-schools, IBS Gurgaon is better than NDIM. Note- IBS offers PGPM, you can get a MBA degree as well by enrolling yourself into PGPM+MBA program. Free comparison must be made on your side. In terms of infrastructure IBS lacks but placements are better at IBS.

You have asked a very tough quiz! I think you have got less marks compared with standard of Delhi. But don't loose hope till the end. Check on DU website last year's cutoff and then give your choice of colleges.
