First of all, don't think about the money. Money is not a barrier. Just try for the best university you can get in Delhi. Some of the best universities in Delhi comprise University of Delhi, Amity University and IIT Delhi. You will have to pass JEE Mains + Advanced to get into IITs. once you get a good university, take education loan from any trusted bank. The bank will not charge any money until you complete your B.Tech course. Also, if you are in a good university, the job is guaranteed.

Eligibility Criteria for Bachelor of Physiotherapy:
For pursuing the B.P.T program, the candidates need to clear the 12th standard. They should have obtained at least 50% of marks in Biology, Physics and Chemistry including practical. Aspirants must have passed each subject separately. A Common Entrance Test (CET) is carried out for selecting the aspirants. The CET score is considered for the admission process to the course. The applicants must have reached at least a minimum 17 years of age for applying the B.P.T program.
