Both the institutes are good, but I would prefer NDIM, New Delhi as they have received top placement package of 24 LPA and average package of 6.5 LPA. Therefore, prefer NDIM.

Just like any other educational course, in order to be eligible for mass communication course, you should meet the minimum eligibility criteria. Dear,
The require percentage is minimum 50% in most of the colleges for Psychology programme in Delhi. But, the admission process would be different that you need to check from particular university and specially in Delhi University there will be percentage cut-off.
