If you want to take admission in B.Tech or B.Arch at JMI, you have to go through JEE mains. JMI board linked it entrance with mains, so first you have to clear JEE mains. This year's cut off was 106 marks in mains, but it varies every year.

Both the institutions which you have mentioned have their own positives. Definitely, Delhi Technical campus has an upper hand, since the years of existence is more.

Eligibility criteria for B.Ed is at least fifty percent marks in the Bachelors degree. You are not eligible for B.Ed based on your BA marks. You may try at some private universities where eligibility criteria is not very stringent.
