Eligibility for appearing in JAT:
The eligibility for appearing for the JAT is 10+2 or equivalent from any recognized board such as CBSE.

NITs are always good to go institutions for engineering after IITs in India. If you're getting NIT then you should join without giving much thought to it. DTU is also equally good but not as NITs.
