All the three institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus, it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option. I would suggest, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

If you can share your entrance exam score then I will be able to suggest better colleges, coz NDIM is not that much as it appears to be. Not so good placements neither exposure. Share your score so I can suggest you.

First of all, in order to get calls from reputed colleges, your composite must be at least 600 (i.e. 600 or above).
Colleges like Christ University, XIME-Bangalore, Great Lakes-Chennai and many others.
Secondly, there are many other colleges which do accept MAT scores between 500 and 600.
Although it is not very difficult to score 600 or above in MAT.
All the best.

Scholarship is something for which the administration is the best source to consult with, as every institute has different criteria for providing the scholarship, while some don't even provide. I would suggest you to contact the administration of the particular institute.
Thank you.
