Hi Anchal,
Though I am not an expert but based on what I have seen I am trying to attempt the same.
Number one is stone used, Delhi sultanate used the local stones, the Mughals were partial to Red Sandstone, hence the Mughal forts, and buildings look more beautiful ( Humanyun's tomb, Red Fort both in Delhi and Agra)
The Mughals buildings also have more intricate Kalamkari work with influences from central Asia and Persia. Compared to the same the Delhi Sultanate buildings are more bland.
Mughals also built most of their buildings from ground up, while a lot of Delhi Sultanate buildings were used from rubble of the buildings they destroyed.

Hi Sakshi,
It totally depends on your interest and how much time you want to invest in completing your graduation because BSc is a three year course while BTech is a four year program
If you want to learn how to implement logic and get more of practical knowledge opt for B.Tech otherwise opt for B.Sc.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to revert. Click on the thumbs up or mark it as the best, if you found this useful.
