Having a BDS degree from a recognised university and a valid score in NEET MS is must for both the universities. The application can be submitted online through the university's official website, and the selection of candidates is based on their NEET MS score and performance during counseling. However, Kalinga university conducts its entrance exam, KIITEE for admission to various courses, including MS. Candidates can apply for admission online through the official website, and the selection is based on their performance in NEET MS or KIITEE.

Latest cutoff of punjab University for BDS is based on neet score ie
For government college -
General - 440-480 Rank( 34200-35200)
OBC. -445-470 Rank (38750-40000)
SC-. 285-315 Rank(180200-182200)
These would vary by +/- 5 marks on the basis of college selection
For private institutions it varies lot from 300-500
So better visit a site of particular private college and get in contact with their admission incharge.

After completing BDS a student can do MS by clearing the NEET exam and enter either a government college or a private college. The benefit of pursuing MS is that it will give you additional clinical knowledge that can be used in your clinical practice.
