The eligibility criteria for B. Des design and M. Des design programs at MIT Institute of Design require a minimum of 50% aggregate in all subjects in 10+2 from any stream (from any of the State Boards/ CBSE/ ICSE/ ISC/ CIE/ IB/ NIOS or equivalent exam).

The admission fee of BDes programme for the academic year 2025 is INR 3.16 Lacs (Tuition Fee). Candidates are required to attempt the University-level entrance exam MIT DAT (Design Aptitute Test) for admission to BDes. The application fee for MIT DAT is INR 3000.
