Avantika University offers BDes programme at the undergraduate level and MDes programme at the postgraduate level. Both the Avantika University design courses can be considered as a good option. Students pursuing design courses get internship and placement opportunities. Avantika University admission criteria for BDes programme is that candidates must have passed Class 12 examination in any stream or equivalent examination from a recognised Board and must have obtained at least 50% aggregate in all subjects with proficiency in the English language. Avantika University admissions 2024 to BDes programme is made either through the Design Scholarship Test (DST)/ MIT Pune Design Aptitude Test (DAT)/ UCEED/ NID-DAT/ NIFT rank and scores followed by an online Thinking Challenge and Personal Interview.

Let me tell you something. I know a lot of design student here at UPES. And I want to say to you that please do ignore the negative comments you have seen so far. You might have heard about NID. Well this place matches their standard and much more. The faculty members here are all either from NID or IIT Bombay and some from Italy and Manchester too.

Amity School of Fashion Technology has been ranked 15th in Fashion Design by India Today in 2021, and 11th in Fashion Design by the same ranking in 2020.
