According to ITM Institute of Design and Media's official website and past admission trends, the minimum cutoff criteria for getting admission into their B.Des programme is as follows:
B.Des Cutoffs at ITM-IDM:
1) Qualifying Exam Marks:
- You need to score a minimum of 50% marks in their institute level entrance exam ITM-IDM DAT
2) 12th Standard Marks:
- Minimum 60% aggregate scores required in 12th board exams
- With at least 55% in Physics, Chemistry or Mathematics
3) Portfolio Review Round:
- Shortlisted candidates have to undergo a portfolio evaluation round

It is difficult to conclusively state if you can get admission into ITM Institute of Design and Media (IDM), Andheri West with 70% marks in their entrance exam.
Some key aspects to note regarding admission at ITM-IDM:
- The institute likely considers multiple criteria beyond just the entrance test scores, such as 12th grade percentage, personal interview performance, creative thinking ability etc.

Here are the minimum cutoff criteria for admission to the B.Des program at NMIMS School of Design:-
- Qualifying Exam:- You need to have cleared either NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or NMIMS-CEED (Common Entrance Exam for Design)
- Minimum Score Required:-
-For NMIMS-CEED - Minimum 50 percentile score.
-For NATA - Minimum 90/200 marks. - 12th Standards Marks:-
- You need a minimum aggregate score of 60% in 12th boards.

Here are some details regarding B.Des cutoffs:-
- For top design colleges like NIFT and NID, cutoffs are extremely high and competition is very tough. NIFT typically requires a minimum of 80-90%ile score in the entrance exam for shortlisting.
- Other leading design institutes affiliated with universities have cutoffs in the range of 50-60%ile scores in qualifying design aptitude tests.
- Colleges accept either merit scores in relevant design entrance tests like NID DAT, NIFT MAT, or marks in 12th board exams. Cutoffs in 12th boards are usually set at 50% to 60% for general category applicants.
