As per DPCOE official College website "Admissions to DSE (Direct Second Year) DPCOE are strictly based on merit only for Maharashtra candidates only. Outside Maharashtra, students should visit the college for the same. Undergraduate admissions are as per the guidelines of Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra."

To enter DPCOE you can either enter by Centralised Admission Process ( CAP ) conducted by Directorate of Technical Education ( DTE), Maharashtra or You can directly contact College.
