I would suggest MBA in digital marketing or marketing as this is always a better option than a Diploma. Digital marketing is just a small part of marketing so it's better if you choose marketing as the specialisation which covers all the aspects of marketing including digital marketing. I'd recommend you do a complete marketing course and then within the specialisation, you could focus on the relevant subjects. While you're completing your MBA, you could do a specialised course in the digital or social media. On the overview, both are same, but it'll be better if you have a marketing degree with projects and courses on digital.
