Speaking about Electronic Music Production course, yes it is a also a good career option. Infact it is more extensive and elaborates course but the career opportunities are less. Also, very few institutes offer the course.

I would say sound engineering is a better option as it is an extensive course and has better job opportunities than a DJ certificate course. Career opportunities for sound engineer and technicians are available in various fields like radio stations, tv channels, studios, multimedia design, animation, advertising firms, movies and more. One can opt for specialised courses in technical skills such as sequencing, mastering, editing and recording. With proper experience, he / she can become studio managers as well.
