Look PGDM or PGDBF is all about practical exposure and knowledge so doing this through distance is not a great idea, but MBA is a bit theoretical, so you can go for distance MBA, but I will suggest you go for a regular course if you are not working currently.

IGNOU is the best college for distance learning. You are advised to give OpenMat exam first to take admission in IGNOU.

If you want a govt. university for MBA then IGNOU is the best option but if you want a private college then Amity Noida is the best option for you.
It depends on you.

For your query - 'IGNOU' is the answer for sure because it is a university which gives you quite equal importance as a regular student gets. Moreover, it provides you with a good level of knowledge and skills and should help you to do nice for your career ahead.

It will be from college to college, however, it is better to do your distance MBA from a reputed university. Even, I am a working women and I am doing my MBA also. The college you choose should be right.

It depends on whether you are choosing an institute or a university. An institute provides you an PG Diploma while a university provides you an MBA degree. No doubt that a degree always have a more weightage then diploma.
