Hi,
For distance MBA, you should try for NMIMS, Welingakar or Symbiosis University. These would be the best options for distance MBA as these institutes have an established brand name as well as they provide placement assistance.

Hello Chintan,
If you are doing a job in the same industry (HR) then definitely it will help you somehow, but sometimes the interviewers, in your further job, may ask you that you were pursuing two things at a time so where you've given your attention mostly because they look for a focused person. Yet every coin has two sides so as I said the degree will definitely help you with career growth.
Hope it helped you.
Thank you.

MBA by distance education mode is generally a two year program having total 4 semesters. In most of the institutes, there is a provision to select the number of subjects per semester. Minimum, it is 4 to 6 subjects per semester. You need to choose a college which has a Learning centre in or near to your city so that you can occasionally go there and take help in understanding or solving your queries.
