Candidates can check the Annamalai University Distance Education cutoff for 2023 on the shiksha.com website. Additionally, the TANCET cutoff for 2023 at Annamalai University is available on the website as well. No, the university does not offer completely free courses. The university may not offer free courses, but the program fees are quite affordable and the courses offered have a good quality of education. The university gives access to lectures, study materials, and open educational resources for some specific topics and subjects. 

Apart from that, students can also get scholarships or financial assistance based on merit, income, and other criteria.

Yes, Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre for Distance Education (ANUCDE) degrees are generally recognised for government exams in India.The reasons are:

  1. They are approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) - Distance Education Bureau (DEB)
  2. recognised by various bodies like UGC and NAAC.

However, the validity of these degrees for government exams is a complex issue. In 2018, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) raised concerns about alleged irregularities in the certification process and temporarily suspended accepting ANU certificates for government jobs in Telangana. Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre for Distance Education (ANUCDE) is not directly ranked by major national or international ranking agencies like NIRF, QS World University Rankings, or The World University Rankings.

However, there are a few rankings, such as

  1. It was ranked in the 1201-1500 band globally for 2024
  2. It was ranked 81-100 band in the University category for 2023.

one can check if its programs are accredited by relevant bodies like UGC - DEB and the university itself, to be double sure.

Acharya Nagarjuna University Centre for Distance Education has a separate placement and training cell to support students in their job search. 

The cell offers career guidance programs, mock interviews, group discussion training, and communication and technical skill workshops. ANUCDE has a good placement rate of about 82% for their students and offers an average salary package of around 3.5 LPA.
