You can do you MSc-Math with application of computer science (MACS) from IGNOU. This is 2 to 4 years of program without any age restriction. The fee is about Rs. 22000. The minimum eligibility criteria of program is graduates from a recognized University/Institution with a major, or honors in mathematics with at least fifty percent marks in aggregate. Graduates with BA /B.Sc degree with Mathematics as one of the three main subjects with equal weightage, securing at least 50 percent marks in aggregate and 55 percent in Mathematics will be considered. In continuation to your other query, I first want to ask you whether you really are inclined towards Cyber security or it is because of lack of job opportunity that you want to pursue the course? If the latter is the answer, then I must tell you that there are n number of companies that have a strong IP team, For eg: Mastercard in Pune has a strong IP Legal team and it is looking for leads as well. Also, Law firms need associates from time to time in their IP team. You can personally visit the lawfirms or apply through LinkedIn. Law is one professional course in which I don't recommend taking distance learning or weekend classes. If you can, please allocate time to attend day classes and make it a full time course. However, if you choose to still go for distance learning, here is the link that will help you:

There are two Government University which is very old and have been providing distance education. First is Annamalai and second is Indra Gandhi open university, Both are very good universities but if you will ask about the difference between in these two then I would like to tell you that IGNOU has Entrance test mode for admission and they ask for 3 years of working letter but in Annamalai they don't have Entrance test mode for admission and they don't ask for any kind of working experience letter so. I would recommend for Annamalai distance university. https://www.distancelearning.edu.in/course-univ.php?uni=5

You may, this will vary and depend on the recognition status of your distance degree earned, the desired university admission requirements etc. You need to contact some universities first, drop them emails, ask about distance degree policies, WES evaluation etc. As an international student you must take IELTS or TOEFL. Additional tests such as GRE or GMAT may also be required depending on the programme you want to study. Proceed according to university requirements.
