Hi Geetha,
You can surely enrol for distance B.Com from Karnataka State Open University or any other distance education institute, but you will have to start from the beginning. You cannot enrol for the 3rd year directly.

You need to decide on the college or university where you wish to apply. Fill their form and if your application is shortlisted, you can take admission. You can go for Annamalai University, Madurai Kamaraj University, Kurukshetra University.

Hi Shreyas Shivankar,
You have to ask this to the university abroad you are applying to. University of Madras's distance education is approved by UGC but foreign universities also have their own policies, they may require more verification and evaluation as per their standards. So you better email the universities directly. Send them your certificate attached.

If the graduation has been a learning activity and there is a job coming your way through graduation, then doing a PG in distance is okay but the candidate has to work very hard, really hard on the personal + professional front.

Hi Ajeet,
The institute offers Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) course. It's a four years full-time degree programme. They don't provide distance education in chemical engineering.

B Tech or any other technical engineering degree is not offers via distance mode. To do such a degree via distance or even non-attendance mode is a waste of time and money as well. One does not learn anything.
