You should just visit the website of that particular college or university and check if they provide distance learning or not. If they allow it then check the eligibility and fill the application form.

Engineering/Technical courses in correspondence mode are not allowed by UGC/AICTE at present. Even the honorable Supreme Court has banned engineering courses in correspondence mode. You can do your B.Tech from Institution of Engineers (INDIA) or through lateral entry scheme.
