Hello Arun,
My strong advise is not to even think of distance education program for doing engineering. Recently, it has been declared illegal by SC. You can think of doing AMIE instead.

You can select the university, you want to apply and can apply online or offline with the required information accordingly. Admission is based on marks obtained in Graduation. Every college has its own admission criteria. You need to check the same once on the official website of the college. Regards.

Anna University has released notification for admission to the MBA Programme through Distance Mode. Anna University Conducts Distance Education Test (DEET) for admission to MBA course for the Calendar year 2018 Batch:
Eligibility Criteria:
(I) A Pass in any Bachelor degree
(II) A pass in Distance Education Entrance Test (DEET) conducted by the CDE, Anna University, Chennai/Valid TANCET score card
*The Bachelor's Degree must have been obtained after +2 or equivalent
