Evening or part time engineering courses are not valid any more as per the latest supreme court verdict, hence would recommend you to join regular B.Tech course for better career prospects.

Correspondence MBA is the traditional form of providing distance learning which involves sending the study material prepared by the college/institute to a candidate through post. It depends completely upon self-study. Correspondence MBA program is quite similar to Distance MBA but it does not offer class room assistance. It's a regular course and even if some of the institutes are offering it through distance, it will be always be beneficial to go with the regular course

Well, you may have a distance learning course along with a regular graduation, as the distance course in law anyways is not recognized as such and it serves only on paper and, thus makes no difference as such.
Also, the requirements for a distance course in law need to be seen before enrolling, as sometimes you are not allowed to take a regular course simultaneously.
Generally, you may pursue one, but keep in mind that it is not going to fetch you anything. While in India, as the Bar Council of India doesn't recognize it and so does the UGC, therefore it is of no use, when it does not have any practical implications for you.

Well, again distance learning program would get you a qualification for namesake, as that degree or Diploma doesn't have any practical implications. The Bar Council of India does not recognize it and so do the UGC doesn't not consider it at par with regular or even private courses.
The distance learning is available through many institutions in India, but that won't serve you results in real.
Also, you would not be treated as a law graduate for purpose of any civil services exams or government exams, unless you have another degree which is regular and recognized by UGC.
