Distance/Correspondence

Distance or Correspondence degrees have been gaining lot of traction nowadays, but major missing with this mode of learning is practical exposure and live face to face as well as peer learning, major group participating activities which evolves values like Team Building Entrepreneurship and Leadership.
In my opinion, distance degrees are only recommended if you have suitable work experience of more than 10 plus years and you don't have time to quit your job or simultaneously pursue any degree.
It is always recommended to take up full time courses be it UG or PG, because only then you would receive in depth grasping of fundamentals and you can see an all-round development in all areas.
Undoubtedly, distance degrees add up your work experience while you're graduation is ongoing, but at the sake of partial learning and limited growth curve which is potentially degrades its value and is of least importance as you go up the ladder.
Half knowledge is always dangerous as the saying goes, is so true here.
Hence, correspondence or distance arts courses are definitely not recommended.
