You can go for IGNOU. You can also prepare for CAT and after that, you can get good colleges if you score well in it so choose according to your priorities.

Eligibility to get admission in Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in PG Diploma in Human Resource Management:
International students eligibility: Candidate must have completed International/ SAARC graduates from a recognized/ accredited university/ institution
Other eligibility criteria: Candidate must have completed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. You can pursue regular plus one certificate course. For example, if you are pursuing BBA and you can pursue Spanish language certificate course.

Hi there,
Yes, you are eligible to do an LLB course even if you have completed your graduation through distance learning program. The only requirement is that the degree so obtained by you should be from a well recognized college/ university.
Also, you need to check with the college/university in which you wish to seek admission in. The Kerala High Court in a recent judgement has said that "Degree obtained through Distance Education cannot be considered as an eligible qualification for LLB Course"
But there are many colleges/universities that do not have this criteria.
I would suggest you to take up a regular LLB course.
