Considering your situation I would suggest you to go for Executive MBA as scopes are less in online MBA and if you go for Full time MBA may be at the time of placements companies may not select you as they prefer someone between 3-5 years of experience.

I don't think that any one of them offers distance MBA but there is Amity University and IGNOU which offers distance MBA programme.
